The Pima Air and Space Museum in Tucson, Arizona has always been interested in preserving history, but last Wednesday they were making history! The massive 25×45 foot paper airplane was dropped from a helicopter at “The Flying Crown Ranch”! The gigantic plane flew half a mile and reached 98mph!
All this started out as a dream! The Museum wanted to get kids interested in science and engineering, and what a great way, build a paper airplane! To see the delight in a child the first time they build and fly a paper airplane is nothing short of priceless!
