A native of Venezuela, Cisco quickly became a force in skydiving by placing 1st in the speed event, 3rd in the distance event and 4th overall in the Canopy Piloting World Cup. But Cisco’s focus is different- his passion with skydiving is to show the general public how beautiful and dynamic the sport is.
