Yesterday was suppose to be our day off so of course our Producer, Carl Samson, decided it was time to make his first BASE jump.  Of course in true style he decide there would be no better place then hucking off the “mushroom”.  Miles was his instructor and did a 2 way for Carl’s first jump.  He stuck it!  In the picture below you see Miles and Carl’s exit…who is the student and who is the teacher..hmmmm?  After that we decided it was a good idea to go to Murren and jump the Via Ferrada.  To get to it you need to hike along side a cliff wall only holding a metal cable….Mike really enjoyed that one!  The weather looked good at the beginning of the hike and by the time we jumped a heavy rain storm moved in and we jumped through the rain…..ahhh wet gear, love it!  Andy, Clint and I finished up the speedflying scene today and now we move on to hiking the Eiger!!!  Tough life we have!
